QWNN™ - Solar Lantern and Phone Charging Power Bank

Unique light that doesn’t seem to need much sunlight to charge.

Usually you keep these emergency lights with your hurricane stuff but with this ones I decided to have them handy on a shelve since they look so nice. This way I can charge them frequently and have them at hand during blackouts frequent in Puerto Rico.

I own many Solight Design products, and these are great. Following the directions, they last 2-3 days (~8 hours nighttime use on low setting) without recharge. I’ve even used the MegaPuff and Qwinn while out on fieldwork to power a PurpleAir sensor for 8 hours continuously and still had more than half a battery of charge left. It's so helpful. Plus, I greatly appreciate what the company is doing to help others because when it comes down to it, access to one's basic needs (shelter, food, power, potable water, light, and safety) are still life-changing elements that we cannot take for granted.

A great idea engineered into a great product. In addition to camping and emergency lighting, its great for entertaining outside and adding some ambience to any room. Will buy more. Don't forget to consider donating SolarPuffs to any organization helping others who could benefit from these lights.

We used the six-pack to give light to our outdoor Hallowe'en decorations, here in Northern Virginia. On Thanksgiving Day, we are taking them to Honduras to share with our family there, where power outages are a pretty regular thing. They are used for lighting homework and so many other necessary things. Our extended Honduran family had received some from us on previous trips and requested more. Happy to share them. ...beautiful origami design giving off a gorgeous light ...my mom likes using them instead of our regular household lamps and ceiling pod lighting. I got the set of three of the solar puff lantern (bright) white and also the set of three of the twilight (red and bright white). I do astronomy so the red light feature a big plus. The are two handles, so u just pull and the device inflates...the material is strong. It doesnt het hot or even warm to the touch...its hangable...and when I showed the lights on a cousins zoom, everyone wanted them for energencies and all the parental units wanted to gift them to their kids living in stormprone areas. I had to put the link in the chat!! A little tip...discovered the lights last 8 hours if you don't let them discharge completely...I've timed them starting then up at 8 pm...and turning all but two of the twilights...and in the morning around 9 pm, they are still shining. I really want one that can charge a cell phone but I missed out on the GoFundMe oppty. Highly recommend

I have discovered this solar lantern many many years ago in the UN store and I bought several to gift to friends. Last year, the lantern I bought over a decade ago finally expired on me. So I wrote to Solight to inquire about their recycling program as I don't want to just toss it out in the garbage. I am delighted to find out that they do have a recycling program and that I receive a 30% off coupon after I mail in the retired lantern. Which I did. I purchased another 3 lanterns to gift to students in my sustainability program. Beautiful lantern that worked for over a decade (I use it daily) and I love the fact that you don't have to blow up the lantern because of the special origami design. I live in my van & sometimes ( stormy snowy days in a row) I don't have solar. Now I have battery free lights all night and early mornings. Just awesome! Please donate one for folks in troubled parts of Earth. They change lives for the better.

I love my Solight lantern and have given it to many of my close friends. During the winter we tend to have power outages and the lamps come in very handy. Last December we had a large earthquake, which was completely unnerving and disrupted power for at least a day. It was comforting to have the Solight!
I felt good about participating in the Ukraine effort, by donating a Solight. You do good work!

These lanterns are amazing for what we do in our off grid life style! We like how we can charge them from a window as well as outside. Visitors at our farm stay tents also use them for everything they get up to around the space.
Looking forward to trying them on the pond this year!

I absolutely love my QWNN solar lantern! I've been searching everywhere for a sustainable light that would provide a nice aesthetic in any room I used it in, and Solight-Design takes the cake!
