Shipping and Warranty Policy

Offers and discount codes:

Discounts and offers cannot be combined with other discount codes. These exclude our bundles, multipacks and sales. Most discount codes have an expiration date, please refer to the email for full disclaimer. 

Shipping & Returns

We work hard to process orders as quickly as we can — typically within 2 business days.

Backordered items will ship separately as soon as they are available.

For any orders returned due to:

  • Customer entered incorrect address
  • Customer was unavailable at time of delivery
  • Customer refused delivery

We will charge a reshipment fee of $5 for orders delivering to USA and $10 for orders being delivered to international territories, this includes Free Shipping orders.

 

If you wish to return the order and request a refund for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Customer entered incorrect address
  • Customer was unavailable at time of delivery
  • Customer refused delivery

We will refund your order minus the shipping cost paid. This includes Free Shipping orders as well. 

Free Shipping: 

USA: Valid on orders of $75USD or more

CANADA: Valid on orders of $100USD or more

INTERNATIONAL:  Valid on orders of $150.00 or more

International US Postal Service rates apply. You are responsible for all duties and taxes when getting the package to your country. Please check with your local customs.

Please note: Solight Design is unable to track orders once they leave USA via USPS for First Class and Priority Mail.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order online with the link provided in the email. For any questions or concerns, email info@solight-design.com and our customer support team will be happy to help you.

Shipping Rates

We do our best to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers. All shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates we are charged. Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include our 24-48 hours processing time.

Warranty

Domestic Warranty Policy

We strive to create high-quality products for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your authentic Solight Design product, just let us know! We honor a 1-year full warranty for all our products.

Please send us your proof of purchase to info@solight-design.com. At this moment we are unable to honor any warranty without proof of purchase.

We will replace your light once we have received your defective unit.

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required.

Solight Design Inc. reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

International Warranty Policy

Our international replacement policy follows the same guidelines as our Domestic Warranty Policy. We do have to request a fee of $15 ($10 for Canadian replacements) for processing and shipping costs.

Return Policy

We stand by our product and will replace any defective lights for up to one year after purchase. See warranty details.

Defective lights:

  • Free returns for domestic orders within 30 days of purchase date.
  • There will be a charge of $6 for domestic orders being returned after 30 days of purchase date.
  • For international orders there will be a $15 shipping charge for returns and replacements.
  • Returns available while warranty is active.

Unsatisfied or unable to pay your country’s duties:

  • We will refund your order once we receive the order, kindly note we will not refund the shipping paid.

If you wish you have your order refunded due to the return please note we will exclude the shipping fees paid, this includes Free Shipping orders as well.

US Sales Tax

Customers living in New York will have to pay their respective state sales tax, but all other US customers will not be charged sales tax.

International taxes and duties
